If you purchased a MuguBaby clothing item online and you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund it in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. When we receive the original item, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. This excludes any promotional discounts, shipping costs or gift wrapping.

You may also change MuguBaby Clothes for the same item in a different size and/or color.

All MuguBaby clothing sale items are final sale. If you decide to return then within 30 days of purchase, you will be given an in-store credit which you may choose to spend on Mugu Baby Clothes collection, Weleda Baby Care products or other accessories.

PLEASE NOTE that shipping and gift wrapping charges are NOT refundable.
We cannot accept any returns from customer negligence or misuse.
We are not liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit for a return.

How to return an item:

Please follow the easy steps below to be credited for a refund:
1. Please send us an e-mail (return@mugubabyclothes.com) to be assigned an authorization number for your return. You have to get this number to process your return. This is necessary to properly credit your account. MuguBaby reserves the right to not process any orders that are returned without the return authorization number clearly located on the shipping label
2. Write clearly the return authorization number on the package slip and mark the items you are returning. Put the package slip together with the item you are returning in its original packaging and labels as well as the receipt. Items without the Mugu Baby labels WILL NOT be credited for return. Send you returned item to the following address:

Please make sure that you write the return authorization number on the shipping label as well. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of your return.
3. Send the Mugu Baby Clothes item back to us via UPS, FedEx or DHL. Please make sure that you secure your shipment. If we cannot receive your item, we cannot process your return. You will be responsible for the damage and / or loss in transit.

You will be notified via e-mail when we receive the item. We will give you a call or send you an e-mail for the items that are returned for a in-store credit.

Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card. Please note that in the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.

How do I return without a receipt?
Mugu Baby will give you in-store credit for items that are returned without the receipt. All items must be in its original packaging and labels. If the item is on sale and you purchased it with its original price, your in-store credit will be for the current price of the item. It may take up to 6 weeks to process your return.

Can I return a gift item?
Yes. We will gladly give you in-store credit for full price of the item if you return the item with a gift receipt within 30 days of purchase. If you don’t have a gift receipt then you will receive in-store credit for the current price of the item. Click here for more information about how to return a gift item.

I returned an item and I didn’t receive my credit?
You should see a credit within one billing cycle. When we receive the item and send you a confirmation that we received it, you will see a credit within one billing cycle. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card. In the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.

If it’s been over 6 weeks and you still haven’t received a credit, please contact Mugu Baby Customer Care and we will tell you what is causing the delay.

I didn’t receive full credit although I returned the item with a receipt?
If you returned an item that was on sale or had a promotion code, discount or coupon; you will receive a percentage of the total that you actually paid. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund for the returns on items by Trumpette.
