How much does shipping cost?

For shipments within the U.S., MuguBaby offers service via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s) in your order and the shipping method you choose during the checkout process. You will see a list of methods (typically - Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 DAY Select or Next Day Air) and the corresponding fee for each method. For information about shipping orders to countries other that the US, and for orders to APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, see below.There is no charge for “Free Shipping” option. You have to select this option during checkout.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.?

At this time, MuguBaby does not ship outside the U.S. It is certainly something we are considering in the future, so please contact us at mugucare@mugubabyclothes.com if you are interested in international shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

We here at MuguBaby want you to receive your package as quickly as possible. We will work hard to process your shipment within 1-2 days of receiving the order. The following are the approximate number of business days it will take to deliver your order within the Continental U.S. Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in your expected delivery time.UPS Ground: Typically arrives within 7 business days (3-5 business days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). No Saturday or Sunday delivery. 2-Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Tuesday. UPS Next Day Air: Arrives by the end of the Next Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 1 PM EST on a Monday for NEXT DAY Service should arrive no later than Wednesday. (Includes 1-2-day processing time and 1 day in transit). Most often, we are able to ship NEXT DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 1-2 days is a typical wait for a NEXT DAY shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Next Day orders placed on Friday before 1 pm EST will arrive Monday.
